Agriculture Business Development Manager - Poland (m/f)

Warsaw, Poland


We are looking for an experienced and well-networked Agriculture Business Development Manager (m/f) that will be responsible for successful business development of Agrivi in Poland, Ukraine, Belarus and Baltic. You will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer of the company and play a major role in reaching our goals.


Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy for the market

• Build and manage partner and reseller network

• New business sales and development

• Direct and indirect sales to key accounts

• Sales and marketing plan budgeting

• Regular reporting to senior management

• Organizing and participation in trade shows and conferences

• Managing public relations and media coverage


Your profile:

• Strong business development and sales experience with outstanding track record

• Business experience with key companies from Agriculture Retail industry in Poland

• Well established network in agri-business

• Passionate about new technologies and innovation

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Love to be in movement
