To achieve our goals, we are looking for a Vice President of Sales Operations to join our leadership team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership and accountability for building up the company revenue, profit margin and cash flow according to set targets. 
  • Build and lead the effective international B2B sales organization with focus on outbound approach to customers. 
  • Development of operational sales plans and activities for successful execution of the entire sales life-cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales activities. 
  • Own all the sales life-cycle metrics with goal to continuously innovate and optimize the sales funnel to win better deals in a shorter time. 
  • Ensure reaching sales targets of the entire team through performance management, leadership and coaching. 
  • Take full sales leadership of the current strategic customers and bring new strategic customers by yourself. 
  • Mastering the operational agritech and software sales topics to be able to lead by example. 
  • Mastering the strategic agritech topics and representing the company on the industry conferences as the thought leader

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience with a strong sales track record, preferable sales of complex software solutions or digital agriculture technologies. 
  • Experience in managing entire sales operations of a company with a sales team with over 10 people; international team management is a plus. 
  • Experience in managing entire direct sales life-cycle (not only channel sales). 
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to be able to master the agritech domain fast and to utilize all the sales tools. 
  • Strong understanding of all sales metrics and processes of a software company - from market research, business development, negotiation and sales closing process, account management to customer success management. 
  • Takes ownership and full decision making within the domain of responsibility. 
  • Strong leadership skills, lead by example mindset and experience in team coaching. 
  • Experience with B2B social selling and though leadership within the domain. 
  • Extraordinary communicator and presenter. 
  • Fluent English language is a requirement. 
  • Ability to travel 25%-75% of the time.
