We are looking for a Sales Executive (Enterprise B2B) to work with some of the largest and most demanding food producers in the world, across crops such as tomatoes, berries, citrus, coffee, avocado, and more. Our customers operate at scale, across multiple regions, with complex stakeholder structures.
In this role, you will engage with enterprise-level clients and take ownership of developing and growing strategic customer relationships, while contributing to sustainable, long-term revenue growth.
Core responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders through negotiation and contracting
Work independently to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and sales goals
Proactively identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities, including upsell, cross-sell, and add-on sales
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate value and return on investment
Engage and influence senior stakeholders and economic buyers throughout the sales process
Lead complex sales engagements, collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and G&A
Maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity management
Accurately track all sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular reporting to management and key stakeholders
Represent AGRIVI at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new business leads
Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams based on insights gathered from the field
Ensure clean handover of newly closed customers to Customer Success and Implementation teams
Requirements that we are looking for:
Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales (SaaS)
Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles
Experience working with multiple stakeholders within large organizations
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from start to finish
Creative, proactive approach and the confidence to challenge traditional sales practices
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong advantage, particularly for Latin American markets
