We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team by keeping processes running smoothly, managing key administrative tasks, and turning sales data into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with Management to track performance, build reports and metrics, and help the team make data-driven decisions, while ensuring day-to-day sales operations are efficient and well organized.
Core responsibilities:
Support the sales team with contract administration, order processing, pricing updates, and CRM data management
Maintain and improve sales processes, workflows, and documentation
Develop, maintain, and automate sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports
Track key sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast accuracy
Provide regular insights and analysis to Management to support decision-making
Identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
Support sales forecasting and planning activities
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM
Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes, tools, and workflows through structured analysis
Document best practices and contribute to sales playbooks and operational guidelines
Requirements that we are looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or sales administration
Previous experience in the IT, software, or technology industry would be an asset
Proficiency in Excel and sales/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Power BI)
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, metrics, and dashboards
Knowledge of automation tools, SQL, or advanced data analysis techniques is nice to have
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with all levels of organizations
Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
