We are looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager to build and grow strong relationships with our key clients. This role combines account management with a consultative approach, focusing on understanding client business needs, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping solutions that create measurable business value.
You will be responsible for long-term client partnerships, collaborating closely with other AGRIVI teams to ensure our clients fully benefit from our services and solutions.
Core responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic accounts
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business goals and challenges
Lead account strategy and planning, including growth plans, renewal strategy, and multi-year partnership development
Identify and execute up-selling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client value and business outcomes
Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and account planning
Guide clients throughout the full customer life-cycle: adoption, optimization, and renewal
Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and value realization
Proactively address issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and long-term trust
Requirements that we are looking for:
7-10 years of experience in strategic account management, client partnership, or consultative sales within SaaS, IT services, or software implementation
Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships and multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of client business needs and experience translating them into solution-based offerings
Experience working closely with technical, product, and customer success teams
Ability to lead commercial discussions, account planning, and contract negotiations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Experience working with SaaS subscription models, renewals, or expansion strategies is a plus
Background in business consulting or experience with software implementations is an advantage
Advanced English knowledge (written and oral), other languages are a plus
